Terrorism is a reality and more resources are needed to control.
As part of capacity and empowerment,can we have our security guards armed with guns just in case so that countering is as soon as there is an attack somewhere!
It will need further training on security matters and disaster response too!
In Uganda,security guards are armed to take care of business interests.
