Ambassador Kim will be accompanied by Special Envoy for Six-Party Talks Sydney Seiler. Ambassador Kim will be in Moscow on April 1 for meetings with senior Russian officials, including his counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.
