Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Richard Stengel will travel to London, United Kingdom on January 18 and will participate in a panel at Chatham House on “Waging a Digital Counterinsurgency.” Details and video of the event can be found here. The Under Secretary will discuss the Administration’s ongoing efforts to combat ISIL via social media, including the recently announced launch of the Global Engagement Center.
