Come on !!!!!  This has to be made up. It just has to.

No sane man can allow any other man to sleep with his wife. Anyone that does this is either sick or has a serious mental dysfunction.

Unless this guy is so Machiavellian that he had sneaked in a Mpango of his into the house and as his best friend was doing his wife, he got busy with the Mpango in another room. I'm told that these things happen nowadays. A woman will sneak a Mpango into the house and Do him for 2 hrs while the husband is busy in the living/sitting room watching an English Premier League game.

I will try and make this as short as possible. 

Few months ago, I was out drinking with one of my best friend and he begun telling me how sexy he finds my wife, and tells me he would love to have s*x with her.
