Assistant Secretary Russel will take part in the opening event of the symposium, a public dialogue with Michael Fullilove of the Lowey Institute of International Policy. Carol Giacomo, Editorial Board Member of the New York Times, will moderate the discussion. The session will be livestreamed on the Council of Foreign Relations website, http://www.cfr.org/asia-and-pacific/us-rebalance-asia-symposium-perspectives-rebalance/p36434, beginning at 6:00 p.m. EDT April 20. All questions regarding the program should be directed to the Council on Foreign Relations.
