PRASOL CONSULT is organizing a three days, practical workshop on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation in Nairobi from August 12th – 15th, 2013
The aim of PM&E training is to equip participants with practical skills, knowledge and confidence in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation. This course is intended to broaden participants’ understanding of PM&E as a vital program/project management tool in strengthening participation, enhancing local capacity, and increasing local people’s confidence and control over development decisions and processes.
The highly practical training will cover: Key PM&E concepts, components, approaches and techniques; PM&E Frameworks, Indicators, Plans and Data Management.
At the end of the training, participants will have understood the organizational contexts within which PM&E is implemented, developed monitoring and evaluation plans in a participatory manner, facilitate PM&E processes for their projector organization, grasped practical and participatory tools for tracking project or program progress and outcomes.For more information and to book, contact us on:
