Special Representative for North Korea Policy Glyn Davies will host a bilateral meeting in Washington June 2 with his Republic of Korea (ROK) counterpart, Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Hwang Joon-kook, to exchange views on a wide range of issues related to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Special Representative Hwang’s visit reflects the close cooperation between our countries and our continued focus on pursuing the verifiable denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula in a peaceful manner.
