Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs Carlos Pascual will travel to Ukraine, Belgium and Moldova from March 19-25. In Ukraine, Special Envoy Pascual will meet with senior officials of the Ukrainian Government and co-chair a meeting of the U.S.-Ukraine Energy Security Working Group, which will focus on efforts to increase Ukraine’s energy security. In Moldova, Special Envoy Pascual will meet with senior officials to discuss issues of mutual interest, including bilateral cooperation and regional concerns, and chair a meeting of the U.S.-Moldova Energy Working Group.
