[wanabidii] 3 Lynched in Kakamega

Now this really saddens me. Imagine lynching 3 poor guys who just wanted to put food on the table for their families. May the Lord rest their souls in peace.

Three LYNCHED in Kakamega

Saturday 16^th November 2013 - Three men were yesterday lynched in Lusambwe village in Kakamega County after breaking into an electronic shop to steal when the watchman raised alarm.

According to the guard, the three broke the back door and that is when he heard the commotion. He quickly raised an alarm attracting other guards in the nearby shops who in turn called the police.

Other locals also responded fast and gave the three men a beating. They later on bought some petrol and burnt them beyond recognition. The police arrived but it was too late.

The area police boss who confirmed the incident said that the three were part of a gang that had been terrorising locals in the area. The bodies were taken to Kakamega General Hospital morgue.
