Secretary Kerry To Deliver a Speech at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on U.S. Policy Towards the Middle East

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver a speech on United States Policy Towards the Middle East at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 as part of the launch of the organization’s “Arab World Horizons” project.

The speech precedes a full day conference at Carnegie on Thursday, October 29 on its new “Arab World Horizons” initiative, a multi-year effort of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace to explore the social, economic, political, and strategic trends facing the Arab world. Secretary Kerry’s speech will be pooled press for video cameras and open press for still photographers and journalists.

Pre-set time for still photographers: 11:30 a.m. at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace 1779 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington, D.C.

Final access time for journalists: 1:00 p.m. at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace 1779 Massachusetts Avenue NW Washington, D.C.

The speech will be streamed live on www.state.gov. Follow @StateDeptLive and @CarnegieEndow using the hashtag #ArabWorldHorizons.
