Bookings day for spring term school visits to Parliament

This summer saw the launch of Parliament's brand new Education Centre, complete with Parliament-themed learning areas and an exciting Discovery space which immerses students in the Story of Parliament through 360° projection and sound technology. Book a school visit to the Centre between January and March 2016 by calling 0207 219 4496 on Thursday 24 September. Lines will open at 8:30am, and we can only take requests via telephone, not e-mail. Make sure you know what to expect beforehand by reading our information for bookings day.

An Introduction to Parliament animation explores the difference between Parliament and Government, how laws are made, elections and voting, and how to get involved.  It can be watched as a whole or in themed chapters.  This video is a great starting point for introducing the work and role of Parliament at key stage 3, 4 and A Level.
