The Advisory Committee on International Communications and Information Policy (ACICIP) will meet on Friday, March 13, at 2:00 p.m. in the Loy Henderson Auditorium of the Harry S Truman Building, U.S. Department of State, Washington, D.C. The ACICIP serves the U.S. Government in a solely advisory capacity regarding current issues and concerns in international communications and information policy. The public may attend this meeting as seating capacity allows.

Ambassador Daniel A. Sepulveda, United States Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy will host the meeting.

The meeting’s agenda will include discussions pertaining to various upcoming international telecommunications meetings and conferences, as well as efforts focused on technology and international development.

Admittance to the State Department building will be by means of a pre-arranged clearance list. In order to be placed on this list, please provide your name, title, company or other affiliation if appropriate, government-issued identification number (such as driver’s license number and state of issue), date of birth, and citizenship to the office of International Communications and Information Policy by fax (202) 647-5957 or email to Joseph Burton (BurtonKJ@state.gov) by close of business on Wednesday, March 11. All visitors for this meeting must use the 23rd Street entrance. Due to escorting requirements, non-Government attendees should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting begins. Requests for reasonable accommodation should be made to Joseph Burton by March 10, 2015. Requests made after that date might not be possible to fulfill. Authority for collecting the personal data was included in the Federal Register notice announcing this meeting. See 80 F.R.9040.
