I totally agree with you Mr. Account. Raila speaks on impulses before
consulting legal pros and cons of security's serious matters. This includes the callfrom Raila to withdraw KDF from Somalia's joint force with AMISOM, which ofcourse in real sense of it, the joint operations are yielding good results in destroying and dismantling Alshabaab and Al-Qaeda base and strong-hold from attacking with insurgencies. This explains Raila's intent and Mission to be exact.

Kenyans:
When a country is at war with an enemy, especially the terrorists we do not and should not disclose the exact number of our loses. This will give Al shabaab a lot of psychological advantage over our troops if the exact figures are higher than already reported. We have to keep our figures down until the war is over. No place on earth do such things happen like Mr. Raila is now demanding. The war is not yet over. Whose advantage will the exact figures of our loses be??. If the loses are great it will make home people to demand their sons and daughters to be brought back before the mission is complete. Those figures or exact figures should only be released if the kenyan government has decided to withdraw our troops from somalia.
A war is not fought the way Raila is now speaking. We either go to war to win or stay out of the war Against Al shabaab. But demanding that the government should release exact figures of our loses publicly is not good. It will only work well for our enemy. Al shabaab will have more spirit to fight harder: Even Al shabaab can not and will not realise the exact figures of their loses. They will always keep it smaller.
I hope the cabinet & KDF officials keep the exact figures a secrete and let it not leak into Al shabaab´s or the public´s ears, while our troops are stay still in somalia.
