Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Sarah Sewall will travel to Algeria and Morocco from April 2 to April 4, 2014. In Algiers, Under Secretary Sewall will join Secretary of State John Kerry at the U.S.-Algeria Strategic Dialogue, which he will co-chair with Algerian Foreign Minister Lamamra. In Rabat, Under Secretary Sewall will participate in the U.S.-Morocco Strategic Dialogue, co-chaired by Secretary Kerry and Moroccan Foreign Minister Mezouar.
