The UQ Summer Research Program provides students with an opportunity to gain research experience working alongside some of the university's leading academics and researchers. Summer Research Scholarships for projects in Industrial Ecology, Circular Economy, Sustainable Consumption and Production available at http://www.gpem.uq.edu.au/index.html?page=198841&pid=114392
Research projects are available for between 6-10 weeks over the summer vacation period (from mid-November to mid-February). Participation is open to undergraduate students, including honours and Masters by coursework students from The University of Queensland as well as students from other international or Australian universities.
All Summer Research scholars are eligible to apply for a scholarship for the duration of their research (between 6-10 weeks). Non UQ enrolled students (international and domestic), who are required to relocate to Brisbane to participate in the program, can apply for a travel grant to assist with travel costs. Application starts on July 1, 2013 until August 30, 2013. Further details athttp://www.uq.edu.au/undergraduate/summer-research
