Dear Colleagues I am glad to inform you that the special Vol. 2 of the Tanzanian Journal of Earth Science (TJES) published in honour of the late Prof. Mutakyahwa is finally out.
On behalf of the management of the Geological Survey of Tanzania I wish to thank all those who contributed manuscripts for the journal. Unfortunately it is not possible to send copies of the journal to each of you but, respective manuscripts will be sent to each of you, who contributed to this special volume.
We are now preparing for publication of Vol. 3 and request you once again to consider publishing your papers in this journal. This time, after learning through the past experience we are going to make sure that things go faster than before.
Attached herewith is a call for submission of manuscripts to be considered for publication in Vol. 3 of the Tanzanian Journal of earth Sciences. The dead line for submission of your manuscript is 30 October 2013.
Please distribute the letter and guidelines to other members of your institution.
