The G7 Political marriage of "like minds" made headlines on or about stopping the Rao ptresidency for sometime.Even as strategies to stop Rao went on,G7 bewiggs with their vehicles made utterances in different foras that suggested "if it is not me,me then it is not you",by putting it clear that tutakuwa kwa debe.
Then talks of like minds of various parties have culminated unto not only denials of talking to Agwambo, but asking him to support them(Hon.Kalonzo + Hon.Ruto).
The recent by-election that saw Hon.Uhuru's TNA bag 2 parliamentary seats has not only complicated things in Central Kenya, but gave Uhuru an image of his own man, hence shrugging off the project tag that now hangs with Hon.Mudavadi, and positioned him to a front runner among equals.
Since then,G7 is only reported on talks that by now should have cemented their relations for a possible win, but word has it that Vp Kalonzo who has all along been crawling for space in G7 was being offered the position of a speaker ,but could hear non of it.For sure, how can a whole Vp move down wards instead of being supported as he is a heartbeat away from the presidency!
The possible connection of Ruto - RAO in talks which have seen Luo/Kalenjin elders do a forum must be sending a clear pointer that G7 may be possibly a thing of history meaning collapse hence no stopping RAO even as time tickles to December by which time coalitions should have handed their memos to the Political parties boss in preparation for possible engagements after the 2013 electins.
Perhaps its time relations are cemented for prosperity tha to aim at stopping someone - what if ;-
1).You fail to stop that person!
2).How do you pick the National Agenda after you succeed in stopping that person with "like minds that never bonded"!
