Press Releases: Notice of Meeting: U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy 09/16/2015 02:23 PM EDT Notice of Meeting: U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy Media Note Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC September 16, 2015 The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy will meet in open session in Room 902 of the Hart Senate Office Building (First Street at Constitution Avenue, NW) in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, September 22 from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. The Commission Members will discuss the findings and recommendations from its congressionally-mandated 2015 Comprehensive Annual Report on U.S. Public Diplomacy and International Broadcasting Activities worldwide, which details the cost, origin and scope of these activities worldwide. This meeting is open to the public, Members and staff of Congress, the Department of State, Department of Defense, the media, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations. To attend and make any requests for reasonable accommodation, please e-mail pdcommission@state.gov by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2014. Please plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to allow time to pass through security.
