Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL John Allen will travel to Ankara, November 18-19, to meet with Turkish government officials to discuss international coalition efforts to degrade and defeat ISIL. On November 19, General Allen will then travel to Brussels for a meeting at NATO Headquarters where he will provide an update on coalition efforts. General Allen and Deputy Special Presidential Envoy Ambassador McGurk will also visit Rome on November 21 to meet with Italian government officials on global coalition efforts to degrade and defeat ISIL.
