I'm not a moralist but I personally dignify common decency/modesty especially when one is in public. However, do I have a right to poke my nose on someone who is semi nude or skimpily dressed in public? The answer is no. We are in one accord to condemn the goons who are subjecting our women to shame. They are criminals and the govt needs to take stern measures in order to ensure that, justice is served. My final view, whether it's a man walking in sagging pants, tight jeans or bare chest; whether it's a woman walking in public with an exposed cleavage or pubic area it isn't fair. I can't dignify seeing my wife or daughter skimpily dressed; whether we are in the liberal west, or my home village in Kisii. This is just me. If you have a liberal view on it, I respect it and I'm sure you will respect mine. One final point, modesty/decency is key in any society. The women who walk down the street semi nude, the men who do the same in sagging pants or tight jeans exposing their manhood; lacks self esteem and actually don't love or respect their bodies. Come on, nude or semi nude belongs to the bedroom.
