Chanzo cha uhakika kinasema mwekezaji mmoja Mtanzania alikopa fedha siku moja kabla ya BOT kuungua. Kama asingekopa siku hiyo kesho yake asingepata mkopo maana hali ilikuwa tete kwa kuwa BOT ilikuwa inasimamia michakato yote mikubwa ya kifedha nchini i.e. ikiwemo ya kuhamisha pesa!
Ni nini ama nani hasa aliunguza/aliichoma BOT? Kwa nini iungue katika kipindi kigumu sana cha kiuchumi/kifedha nchini i.e. mara baada ya kupitishwa kwa sheria ya uhujumu uchumi?
