Ambassador Susan Jacobs, Special Advisor for Children’s Issues, will travel to Brazil from September 8-10, 2014. In Brazil, Special Advisor Jacobs will meet with senior government officials and judges to discuss implementation of the Hague Abduction and Adoption Conventions. She will also discuss continued collaboration to prevent and resolve international parental child abduction cases.
