Ambassador Power also served as the Founding Executive Director of the Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy from 1998 to 2002, and she is a graduate of Harvard Law School. The Ambassador’s speech will be live-streamed starting at 2:00 p.m. ET at http://www.hks.harvard.edu/live.
