1. We need to spend much money for that since it is a long process. Look at our schools, especially in the rural areas, students have no where to sit in their classrooms, no blackboards for the teachers to write on etc,etc. .........
2. Doing that means encouraging or supporting sex misbehaviour which is against to most of our tradions. For sure it'll have negative impact to our students (children).
In medicine, we say "Prevention is better than Cure", so our schools had better provide students with good knowledge about adultury manners, not forgetting sexy manners/behaviour. Secondary school students ought to have some knowledge about sexy that based on our tradtions, morals and must be acceptable by the society.
