President Jacob Zuma has spent the first day of the voter registration weekend at home in Nkandla, KwaZulu-Natal.
Earlier, the President visited two local voter registration stations in Halambu and Ntolwane Primary Schools respectively. He was happy with the turn out of potential voters, especially the young people who indicated they would be voting for the first time on 07 May 2014.
The President will spend the second day of voter registration at home, relaxed, ahead of a full week including the State of the Nation Address in Cape Town on Thursday 13 February 2014.
