A 70-year old sues his wife of 32 years for a refund of his dowry-he has seen another hot chick to marry and she is driving him crazy.

Thursday November 14, 2013 - A 70-year old man in Kisii has shocked many after he sued his wife, who he has been legally married to for the last 32 years, for a refund of his dowry.
The man begged a Kisii High Court judge to force his 61-year wife to return his dowry because he wants to use it as a bride price for a 26 year old chick, which he met two weeks ago.
The old man noted his new catch is hot and young and that he wants to strike the iron when it is still hot, saying he is tired with his older wife because she lacks taste and style.
She urged the court to compel his wife to return his 6 cows, 3 goats and sh40, 000 dowry he paid to her family many years back.
The old man threatened to commit suicide if he will not have his dowry back, saying he can't afford to lose his new catch and neither does he want to be late because other hungry young men are still out there pursuing her.
