Irrespective of home region (Bara na Viaiwani), religion, longevity in
government, popularity, previous experience or conduct, or education,
who would make the best and most qualified President for Tanzania? I'm
not very familiar with the prominent personalities there so I just
want to get an idea.
In Kenya there's no question; it's Raila Amolo Odinga.
