"They will threaten you; harass you and intimidate you but implement this document (Constitution)… it's the future. Do not accept the harassment, the political mandarins and the gods of tribalism. Be firm, at least you are lucky that you belong to the G7 alliance, maybe you will have a smooth ride," Mutula told his successor Eugene Wamalwa as he left - And the wise man gave Lodovic Wamalwa a copy of the new people's constitution and admonished him to read to read it critically word by word. Wamalwa shelved the constitution because he doesn't seem to comprehend what it says more especially schedule six. I really miss Hon Mutula at the Justice & Constitutional Affairs because he was the ONLY one who knew how to translate the constitution to Hon Ouru Junior Kenyatta and Hon Kipchirchir Samoei arap Ruto since they seem not to know how to read the words written in black and white. We don't have to be singing to these dudes what the constitution says because Junior and his co-accused Ex-Chief Secretary and Head of civil service Mr. Kirimi Muthaura stepped down from their powerful offices due to pressure from the ICC court at the Hague, Netherlands pending the determination of their cases. They were court ordered to let go of their offices until they are either vindicated or exonerated by the court of their murder, rape and deportation of innocent people. If they stepped down at that time, though Junior became "hard headed" and refused to vacate the DPM's office, WHY then does he want to be president of Kenya? Does it mean that, to be elevated to the Office of the President from Treasury will automatically nullify all his cases at the ICC? Hon Mutula is very right and I support him in all his sentiments. Junior the son of Jomo and his Eldoret North counterpart are just waiting our time and they should do us a favor and just forget their "fantasies" of becoming the country's duo custodians. How will we look like on the face of the world by electing two suspected murderous as our leaders?  Even the 28 year old Kim Jong Un, the baby faced dictator of N. Korea will celebrate and thank us by giving us free clued "mid-air" elimination weapons. Lets ALL listen to what Hon Mutula is saying and elect wise leaders and NOT criminals.

May God bless Kenya during this electioneering season and hope that He will provide us with an Obama for president and not a Romuni. Na hii tumekataa katakata kabisaa!!

Have a wonderful holiday season

TNA attacks Mutula over Uhuru speech

ADAMANT: Cabinet minister Mutula Kilonzo addresses a meeting at Salama in Makueni county on Wednesday.
UHURU Kenyatta's TNA party yesterday attacked the Education minister Mutula Kilonzo as primitive and of questionable integrity.
"Mutula has been struggling for the last five years to ensure Uhuru is not on the ballot. But thank God his wishes are just mere wishes," TNA secretary general Onyango Oloo told the media yesterday.
On Wednesday Mutula told Uhuru and Eldoret North MP Ruto to finish their cases at the Hague before running for president.
He was speaking at Sultan Hamud town on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway while campaigning for the Makueni senate with assistant Agriculture minister Gedion Ndambuki and Wiper MPs Peter Kiilu and Prof Philip Kaloki.
Mutula said it was wrong for the two to run for the presidency if they face charges of crime against humanity. "If either of them is elected president and I secure the Makueni senate seat, I will move a motion in the senate for their impeachment," Mutula said.
He added that it was against the spirit of the new constitution for Kenyans to be ruled by suspected criminals. Mutula warned that Kenya risks international isolation if Uhuru and Ruto are elected.
He said their election would lead to suffering for millions of Kenyans. Oloo said the minister ignored the presumption of innocence until conviction.
"Mutula's comments are disturbing and primitive coming from a senior lawyer," he said. "Mutula must clear himself from allegations of tax evasion during the Kanu regime and cannot qualify to lecture to the nation on integrity issues," said Oloo. Mutula said Kenyans should not be naive and vote for suspects simply because they were from their own community.
He added that, when he was Justice minister, he led a delegation to the Hague seeking a deferral but it was rejected by MPs including William Ruto.
"They told us not to be vague, let's go to the Hague. Now they are making an about turn now seeking for a deferral which is not possible at this juncture," Mutula said.
In his almost three years as Justice minister, Mutula repeatedly said that politicians charged at the ICC should not be able to stand for elective office. He narrowly escaped a censure motion but was replaced as Justice minister on March 27.
"They will threaten you; harass you and intimidate you but implement this document (Constitution)… it's the future. Do not accept the harassment, the political mandarins and the gods of tribalism. Be firm, at least you are lucky that you belong to the G7 alliance, maybe you will have a smooth ride," Mutula told his successor Eugene Wamalwa as he left.
On Wednesday, Mutula said Uhuru and Ruto had belittled Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka while he was negotiating with the G7 leadership even though Kalonzo was more senior than them.
