Commission Based Direct Sales Agents Jobs for a Leading Pension Scheme Fund
We are a Consultancy firm recruiting on behalf of a leading pension scheme fund in Nairobi and pride ourselves in delivering the best.
As part of our growth strategy, we seek to recruit Commissioned Based Direct Sales Agents with specific focus on selling and marketing pension scheme products and services (actuarial services) to SMEs and Corporates.
The successful candidates will receive an official email address, identity and brand support. We are looking for 15 people with experience in sales on commission only or fresh graduates with a drive to sell and exceed their targets. An attractive compensation structure will be communicated at the interview level. Fluent English is a must.
This will be a 1 year contract which term includes a 90 day performance based probation period and such performance after 3 consecutive months will make you qualify for a monthly retainer.
