On December 3, she will lead a panel on innovative partnerships for land use mitigation at the U.S. Center at COP21. On December 4, Under Secretary Novelli will participate in a panel at Oceans Day at COP21 where she will highlight problems facing the marine environment and opportunities to protect it. Under Secretary Novelli’s panel at the U.S. Center will be available live on December 3 at 9:45am ET at http://www.state.gov/uscenter .
