Press Releases: U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern Travels for COP21 11/27/2015 01:05 PM EST U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern Travels for COP21 Media Note Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC November 27, 2015 U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern will travel November 28 – December 12 to Paris for the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties (COP21). Mr. Stern will lead a team of subject matter experts from across the U.S. Government as they work toward a new climate change agreement. President Obama, Secretary Kerry and a number of other high-level administration officials will also attend the COP, participating in a range of events designed to help achieve an agreement that is ambitious, durable, inclusive and transparent.
