The following is attributable to Spokesperson John Kirby: Secretary Kerry met in Vienna tonight with Turkish Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioglu. They discussed the importance of tomorrow's discussions in helping achieve a political transition in Syria to a government that is responsive to the needs of the Syrian people. They also reviewed Coalition efforts against ISIL in Iraq and Syria, to include ongoing operations in both countries.
