Reversing early losses, the benchmark BSE sensex surged over 203 points in late Friday morning deals to go past the 26,000-level, while the NSE Nifty topped 7,900 mark on renewed buying in oil&gas, IT and Teck stocks amid mixed Asian cues.

RBI sets rupee reference rate at 66.09 against dollar
The Reserve Bank of India on friday fixed the reference rate of the rupee at 66.0940 against the US dollar and 70.8594 for the euro.

RBI staff stir impacts banking operations, bond trading
