Chidambaram blames 2008-09 stimulus package for UPA's 2014 rout
Former finance minister P Chidambaram on Saturday said the Congress-led UPA lost the 2014 polls owing to a stimulus package announced in 2008-09 to pep up the economy in the wake of the global recession. Pranab Mukherjee was the finance minister at that time.
