Job Description		1.      Establish, harmonize and maintain appropriate formalised purchasing policies, compliance and procedures across the business 2.      Procure goods and services for the best price and value. 3.      Maintain relationships with key manufacturers, suppliers, clearing agents and logistic partners. 4.      Develop a suitable contract database and protocol for ongoing supplier management. 5.      Build strong working relationships, both internally as well as with external key stakeholders 6.      Manage, mentor and coach Procurement Officer who is accountable for national purchases. 7.      Implement new processes and improve on existing work procedures, ensure thatsystems are running efficiently and cost effectively 8.      Consult and work with other managers on specific initiatives as required
