The Ideal candidate will be leading the team of customer service officer in the centralized operations center and also responsible for the resolution of staff and customer queries as they arise out of national distributed operations.

Job Description

  1. Supervise Easy operations customer service end-to-end to ensure that all reported queries and complains are resolved on time and as per specified SLAs
  2. Supervise the Easy operations customer service staff to consistently deliver performance metrics that exceed performance expectations
  3. Effectively supervise and resolve queries raised by all staff and customers in the regions relating to progress in application processing, pay out and regional performance
  4. Define the key metrics for measuring the performance of Easy Operations Customer Service section
  5. Put in place measurement systems to measure and report on the specified key performance metrics
  6. Use the performance information generated from Easy operations to execute continuous improvement initiatives, that show measurable improvement in efficiencies in the execution of the business

Job Description

  1. Receipt and processing of Loan applications until pay out to agreed SLAs
  2. Rigorous application of verification tools and processes to customer applications to prevent losses emanating from fraud, incorrect payment and settlement procedures
  3. Manage procedure ledgers, documents collection and archiving
  4. Management of monthly repayment reconciliations measured in comparison of aggregate repayments received from the Department of Treasury and expected monthly repayments as presented
  5. Effectively manage and resolve queries raised.
  6. Ensure that all customers and sales are given feedback timely on their status of loan applications
  7. Manage branch staff engaged in the processing of applications and handling of queries
  8. Define the key metrics for measuring the performance of the operation.
  9. Strategy, policy formulation and implementation of the business
