Job Description	Oversight and management of all community development projects in the communities surrounding the plantations Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system which measures the effectiveness of community development projects Lead the annual budgeting process for the corporate responsibility programme Drive fund raising strategy and implementation in Tanzania Support forestry operations in ensuring highest international labor health and safety practices Provide proactive, cooperative support in dealing with operational issues Provide support to the forestry management team in the Forest Stewardship Council certification and auditing processes, particularly in the social area. Manage the recruitment and performance of staff. Advise the CEO and Chief Impact Officer regularly to identify, assess, measure and monitor major business risks .
