This plan could deliver a thirtyfold increase in the funding made available for EU member states in 2015 to support their efforts to get 650,000 young people into work. The proposal will be finalized by the Conference of Presidents on Wednesday at 16.00 and the deadline for amendments is Wednesday at 19.00, he added.Source : © European Union, 2015 - EP 09-02-2015 12:44 PM EET  The various food scandals that have hit Europe over the years, such as the horse meat one in 2013, show how important it is to know where your food comes from. Today MEPs will debate a proposal to make it obligatory to indicate on the labels of all processed food, such as lasagne, where the meat in it originates. Welcoming Biden to the Parliament, Schulz said: "In recent years the transatlantic relationship has been tested.
