The Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) announces the final shortlist of design teams for the worldwide Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Support Services solicitation. The nine shortlisted teams are: AECOM Caples Jefferson Architects CH2M Hill Davis Brody Bond EYP Jacobs Government Services Louis Berger Group Moore Ruble Yudell Architects Ross Barney Architects These nine teams will submit additional information and advance to the Stage 2 evaluations. A final list of up to five offerors will be selected at the completion of Stage 2 evaluations. The firms selected for the contract will support the Department's planning, construction, and facility rehabilitation efforts at U.S. missions worldwide. OBO’s mission is to provide safe, secure, and functional facilities that represent the U.S. government to the host nation and support our staff in the achievement of U.S. foreign policy objectives. These facilities should represent American values and the best in American architecture, engineering, technology, sustainability, art, culture, and construction execution.
