Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Mheshimiwa Dkt. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, amemteua Bwana Samwel William Shelukindo kuwa Balozi na pia kuwa Msaidizi wa Rais (Diplomasia).
Kabla ya uteuzi huu, Bwana Samwel William Shelukindo alikuwa Mkuu wa Utawala kwenye Ubalozi wa Tanzania Mjini Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
Uteuzi huu unaanza tarehe 01 Oktoba, 2014.
