Unknown people have killed Daina KAdyanji, aged 45, who was an accounts officer at the Accountant General's Office, and had just been transferred from Ministry of Tourism where a lot of CAshgate happened.
The deceased was a key witness to Government on the cashgate issue, but was discovered murdered in Lilongwe on Monday morning with multiple wounds in her head
