Press Releases: Ambassador Tina Kaidanow, the State Department's Coordinator for Counterterrorism, To Present Country Reports on Terrorism 2013 04/29/2014 05:21 PM EDT Ambassador Tina Kaidanow, the State Department's Coordinator for Counterterrorism, To Present Country Reports on Terrorism 2013 Notice to the Press Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC April 29, 2014 The Department of State will release the annual Congressionally mandated Country Reports on Terrorism 2013 on Wednesday, April 30 at 12:00 p.m. Ambassador Tina Kaidanow, the State Department’s Coordinator for Counterterrorism, will provide remarks followed by a short question-and-answer session. This event is on-camera and on-the-record, and will be held in the State Department's press briefing room (Room 2209). Remarks will be open to the press. Press should plan to arrive at the State Department Press Briefing Room (Room 2209) no later than 11:45 a.m. The State Department Daily Press Briefing with Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf will immediately follow this briefing. Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) a U.S. government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification card (driver's license, passport).
