[wanabidii] A Guide to Parliamentary Oversight of Mining and Mineral Revenues in Sierra Leone

This NACE guide provides a look at key questions Parliamentarians in Sierra Leone "need to ask" in order to ensure that the country's mineral resources and revenues are maximized, and carry a benefit to its citizens. NACE's policy advice touches on various points of the extractive industry 'value chain', offering basic policy advice on issues of social impact as well as technical insights on how contracts can be evaluated.
