Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Rose Gottemoeller will travel to Ankara, Turkey, March 13–14. On March 13, Under Secretary Gottemoeller will meet with Under Secretary Murad Bayar of the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries to discuss defense trade issues. On March 14, the Under Secretary will discuss international security issues with Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Gun and conventional arms control issues with Ambassador Bulent Meric.
