The university of Dar-es-Salaam has ranked fourth among top 100 popular universities and higher learning institutions in Africa. This is according to 4icu.org University web ramming.
The aim of this website is to provide an approximate popularity ranking of world Universities and Colleges based upon the popularity of their websites. This is intended to help international students and academic staff to understand how popular a specific University/College is in a foreign country.
This has made UDSM to be the first popular high learning institution in East Africa followed by Makerere University which ranked 11th and University of Nairobi which ranked 20th.
