On Monday during his fundraising campaign in Connecticut, US President Barrack Obama was spotted reading Miguna's controversial memo Peeling Back the Mask: A Quest for Justice in Kenya inside his Cadillac 1. A Kenyan resident working with a top security firm in Connecticut said he was shocked when the he peeped through the window and saw the world's most influential man holding the controversial memo by the Kenyan author Miguna Miguna. President Obama who is a renowned author himself has written a book similar to Miguna Miguna book, Dreams from My Father, which moves away from questions of racial authenticity and identity politics but recognizes the narrative powers of African American literature to shape a convincing and appealing black self. Coincidentally both President Obama and Miguna's origins is in native Kenya. President Obama and Miguna Miguna are both professional lawyers.
