Acting Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs Judith Garber will travel to India February 23-27, 2016. During her visit, she will meet with government leaders and NGO representatives to discuss ocean issues in the lead up to the September 2016 Our Ocean conference in Washington, D.C. Acting Assistant Secretary Garber will also meet with Indian experts on air quality, climate change, hydrofluorocarbons, and wildlife trafficking.
