U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern will travel November 28 – December 12 to Paris for the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties (COP21). Mr. Stern will lead a team of subject matter experts from across the U.S. Government as they work toward a new climate change agreement. President Obama, Secretary Kerry and a number of other high-level administration officials will also attend the COP, participating in a range of events designed to help achieve an agreement that is ambitious, durable, inclusive and transparent.
