Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs Michele Thoren Bond will visit Brazil October 26-29, 2015. In Brasilia, she will meet with counterparts from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These meetings are a follow-up to the July 2014 U.S.-Brazil Consular Dialogue in Washington, D.C., and are held annually. Assistant Secretary Bond also will travel to Recife, where she will tour the new Consulate General building, which is scheduled for completion in 2018.
