Press Releases: Secretary Kerry to Deliver Remarks at Artisan Enterprise: The New Startup Economy Forum 09/09/2015 05:06 PM EDT Secretary Kerry to Deliver Remarks at Artisan Enterprise: The New Startup Economy Forum Notice to the Press Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC September 9, 2015 Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver remarks at the Artisan Enterprise: The New Startup Economy Forum at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, in the Loy Henderson Room at the Department of State. The day long forum will focus on how governments, businesses, investors, and consumers can support artisans and the work of the Alliance for Artisan Enterprise, a global platform that promotes artisan businesses. Please click here for more information on the forum. The Secretary’s remarks will be open to the press and streamed live at www.state.gov. Follow @StateDept and @AmbCathyRussell using the hashtag #chooseartisan. Pre-set time for video cameras: 1:00 p.m. from the 23rd Street Entrance. Final access time for journalists and still photographers: 1:30 p.m. from the 23rd Street Entrance. Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) a U.S. government-issued identification card (State Department, White House, Congress, Defense Department, Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identity card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by official photo identification (driver’s license or passport).
